Osteopathy is often used as a performance aid as well as for helping people in their rehabilitation after injury. It can greatly help relieve muscle strain, knee complaints, shoulder problems and a range of both common and complex issues


I have worked with Olympic athletes   Helped Lilly gain her gold medal in sailing 2012 Olympics and from countries all over the world, Tri-athletes (Ironman), worked on the physio team at Ironman, Commonwealth games medical team 2022 working with Netball teams, boxers, weight lifters Badminton, Table tennis, bowling and so many sports giving treatment and advice after injury.  Many of whom will go on to the Olympics 2024.  Ultra X (Long distance runners 110 km / 50 km) 2023.  Pro Golfers to amateur golfers, professional dancers in any discipline.  Having studied ballet at two ballet schools from age 11 being awarded 2 scholarships the second scholarship was the highest awarded scholarship The Tom Merrifield award at Studio Centre.  I understand the dedication that is required to become a professional athlete.  I was lucky enough to rehab/train Royal Ballet company Dancers.
